The rooms were very clean, spacious, and had a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the lovely view from my cluster deluxe pool view room, which added a special touch to our stay. The staff were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our time there.
The check-in process was confusing and could use better communication.

spacious villas, picturesque beach, modern stylish infrastructure
The bathroom design is poorly executed with flooding issues!!! A faulty bath plug and cracked pavements aren't the five-star vibes I'd expect!!! Enhance the check-out communication for a smoother experience!!! Communication from staff needs major improvement!!!

Families will find this place relaxing
The promotion for families,, was a real game changer for us. We had free babysitting for hours,, which allowed me and my wife to actually enjoy a meal without distractions. The staff there, especially Arjay and Rovie, made us feel welcomed and like we were their top priority.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it still felt worth it in terms of the experience.

Had an awesome stay with a gorgeous view from my Premier Sea View room and enjoyed some fantastic local cuisine that felt like a culinary journey! The infinity pool and relaxing spa treatments really helped melt my stress away, making me feel right at home. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times but it didn't ruin the overall vibe! 😊

The rooms have a sleek, contemporary design that truly gives a luxury vibe! ! I loved the stunning sea view from my Premier Sea View room, which added to the overall experience. The local food options were a delightful surprise, authentically showcasing the region’s flavors.

The room had a fantastic sea view, absolutely stunning. The shower layout caused flooding in the bathroom each time I used it, which was frustrating. The complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch, making me feel right at home. Breakfast felt a bit limited though, just a basic selection of dishes. Exploring the beach was enjoyable, but the rocky areas were less appealing than anticipated. I cherished the quiet atmosphere. it felt peaceful and relaxing. Staff members were welcoming, especially those during meal times. The restaurant's local food was delicious, particularly the Crispy Bicol Express. Checking out took longer than expected, some issues with communication affected the process, which needed improvement. I appreciated the comfortable bed and décor. it added to the overall experience. The free shuttle service to town was convenient, but it could operate more frequently during peak hours. Overall, despite a few hiccups, the relaxing vibe made it a worthwhile stay.

Beach activities here are great, especially the snorkeling and kayaking options. The décor in the rooms feels outdated, and maintenance is visibly needed in common areas. The staff was attentive, and we enjoyed the movie nights by the pool. Just a heads up, getting a drink at the beach bar took longer than expected. Overall, a pleasant experience but some areas need improvement.
